Tonight was Tyler's first High School Jazz concert. I was so proud, it brought back memories. I was surprised at how good they were for only three weeks in to the school year. Paul reminded me that all but two of them are either juniors or seniors so that makes sense I suppose. They are raising money to go to the New Orleans Jazz Festival in April. It was fun to be a part of Ty's night and watch how quickly he is growing up. Andy seemed to even enjoy himself and mentioned that he was impressed with how good Tyler is.
Mikayla babysat for the first time. We took our neighbors daughter with us to Tyler's concert because I didn't want Kayla to be too far away if she needed something. She did pretty well, occasionally got carried away in her own thing but all in all did pretty good.
I am exhausted

Oh, you must keep me updated on when he plays...I loved going to Paul's concerts and I'm sure I'll feel the same way about Ty's!
sorry I missed being there for the concert. Thanks for dinner the night before and good conversation.
